The STG-800 expands the Barth Mini-PLC (programmable logic controller) series with the smallest and performance-richest model based on a 32-bit Arm Cortex processor core. The device provides a CAN interface supporting CANopen and J1939 higher-layer protocols. It also offers an intuitive graphical programming capability, 2/4 digital in-/outputs, 3 analog inputs, a PWM (pulse width modulation) output, and an IrDA (infra-red) interface.

Due to the flexibly-programmable I/Os and connectivity options, the PLC can be deployed in a wide range of industrial and automotive 12 VDC/24 VDC applications with a battery-backup. For series applications, the STG-800 is also available as an OEM version.

The Lococube HMI series offers compact CAN-connectible, colored touch-displays. The HMIs can be integrated in a front panel or used as mobile devices. The display’s programming is not required, as the readout and function selection is completely done via the CAN interface. CANopen and J1939 higher-layer protocols are supported.

Customer- or application-specific display variants can be programmed. The Lococube CAN displays can be operated in combination with all CAN-capable Lococube mini-PLC devices.
