CIT in Paderborn (Germany) is the system supplier for drive technology and hydraulic systems. About 550 employees take care of customers in Europe and overseas. In addition to Claas machinery, the daughter company also supplies other manufacturers of agricultural machinery with axles. The CIT hydraulics systems are also used in a number of different application areas. Manufactures of agricultural and construction machinery, as well as the navy and the entire offshore industry, rely on Paderborn engineering.

Since 2009, CIT implements the CAN-connectable I/O modules by Microcontrol. More than 100 of these robust devices are on duty. The modules have been equipped with connectors. The software has been adapted to the requirements of the customer. The IP66-rated devices are used in corn harvesters withstanding dust, heat, and moisture.
