Under the terms of the agreement, Hitex will receive the rights for the worldwide distribution of solutions for automotive bus systems such as CAN gateways or CAN residual bus simulation.

Hitex, headquartered in Karlsruhe, Germany, was founded in 1976 as a systems house and is today known as a provider of solutions for embedded developers. The company does not only support this with components, but also with services such as consulting, training, test services or certification support.
B-Plus is a company that established itself as an acknowledged partner of the automotive industry and mobile automation. For applications such as driver assistance systems and safety controllers, B-Plus with its current staff of approx. 150 employees develops hardware and software solutions including accompanying development tools, such as diagnostic and measurement technology in an environment for trend technologies such as autonomous driving.
