THE MOBILE BASIC LINE ECOMAT is according to the supplier easy to wire, simple to install, and reduces the amount of space needed for visualization on a dashboard The control unit is a module with 32-bit processing power and two CAN ports. It replaces traditional relay logic and complex process controllers. Electronics are integrated into a plastic housing that provides connections for inputs and outputs, communication and programming. A status LED indicates the current operating status of the module.

The relay module is designed to simplify wiring and battery connection and eliminate external terminals. The expandable relay streamlines wiring and becomes a decentralized “control room” for mobile applications. The module can be installed in areas with limited mounting space. The 256-colors display is intended to replace multiple gauges on a vehicle dashboard. The display provides a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels.

Over the past ten years, Ifm has equipment more than 500 mobile equipment OEMs with controllers, human machine interfaces, and I/O modules. The company with subsidiaries in 70 countries provides also system design support as well as validation testing and training services. Many of the provided products support CAN connectivity including CANopen and J1939 protocols.
