Incostartec has added the Incobee µBox-PC to their product line. It comes with dimensions of 70 mm x 60 mm x 31 mm, an aluminum casing, and a weight of 98 g, which makes it fit into any pocket and can be taken everywhere.
THE µBOX-PC FEATURES a Risc 32-bit ARM 1136JF-S CPU with 532 MHz i.MX35x with a vector floating point coprocessor, strengthened by a DDR2 DRAM memory up to 256 MiB and 64 MiB flash memory, and an µSD-Card slot onboard. Equipped with D-SUB 9 pins (2x CAN, EIA-232, or EIA-485), Ethernet, USB 2.0, USB OtG, and on request a 2,4-inch touch TFT screen with 240 pixels x 320 pixels.
The product is also optionally available, with 3D Graphics Acceleration Open VG 1.1, internal WLAN module, internal GSM module, analog audio in / out and an interface for a digital camera IN. The Incobee can be controlled via Linux or Windows CE and is powered over PoE (Power over Ethernet) and also by an external 5 VDC power supply.
The German company sees their μBox-PC to act in various applications, such as: gateway, as a visual analyzer for measuring or log data, which can communicate via Ethernet, WiFi, or GSM in industry, medicine industry, or the automotive sector.
