Hannover Messe 2017
Provertha presents a 90° adapter and an gender changer within the scope of its M12 connector range.
The adapter is suitable for CANopen and Devicenet applications. The 360° shielding and the shielded housing in addition to the twisted crimp contacts go to ensure interference-free data transfer and EMC. The ability to combine plug and socket contacts in addition to the coding on each connection side is provided. Eight different coding positions are possible. The adapter is available as B-, D-, and A-coded versions (5 poles and 8 poles). For deployment in harsh, demanding railway applications, the use of plastic materials with HL3 as per EN 45545-2 ensures fire protection.
Provertha’s M12 connectors are characterized above all by 360° shielded solutions, crimp flange, and compact outer dimensions. The M12 connectors are available in various codes, for example A-code, B-code, and D-code. Even in harsh industrial environments such as railway and aeronautical technology these products ensure signal transfer. Optimized for each specific application, the company offers various solutions.
At the Hannover Messe (hall 11, stand E28) from 24 to 28 April 2017, the exhibitor also presents a gender changer. They make it possible to connect cables with the same type of connectors (plug/plug or socket/socket). It is available as B-, D-, and A-coded versions. Offering two fastening options, the gender changer addresses a range of applications. By way of example, it can be fastened in wall ducts using a hexagon M16 nut. Wall mounting is also possible by means of a flange and two anchor points.
