Kverneland Group has extended its range of universal Isobus terminals with the Isomatch Tellus GO. This one-screen terminal was developed for the control of any Isobus implement.
TELLUS GO WAS ESPECIALLY DEVELOPED FOR CONTROLLING the machine in a simple way. The user simply steps into the tractor, switches on the power button, and starts. The terminal brings the implement automatically into view. Farmers can set up the machine with the soft keys via the 7-inch touch screen. They can control the machine while driving using the hard keys and rotary switch.
The terminal can be the first step towards so called precision agriculture. The company says, the application Isomatch Geo Control lets the users achieve higher yields, lower costs, and do their work with less hassle. The license key is divided in two parts, Section Control and Variable Rate Control, which are available from the Isomatch shop. User can buy the specific functionality that they need.
The Section Control makes sure that the implement’s sections are switched on and off automatically. This avoids undesired overlap and operation outside the field border. The SC provides shut off sections when driving over previously covered areas, when driving outside field boundary, and when driving backwards.
The Variable Rate automatically adjusts the output rate for the implement. It enables the user to vary the rate of seeds, fertilizers, and chemicals. It forwards the place-specific rate from task to machine and records the applied rate from machine to task.
A free of charge feature is the Data Management. With it, all application and field data can be exchanged between the farm management system and Isomatch GEO Control via a USB stick. Field reports are available for Isobus and non-Isobus machines. Another free of charge feature is the manual guidance: following precisely predefined tracks across the field, also possible with non-electric or non ISO-implements. Isomatch Tellus GO is compatible
with various Isomatch accessories, allowing control of all the user’s
The uniform Isobus language of the terminal enables standardized communication between the different tractors, machinery, and terminals. Kverneland Group ensures compatibility of the Isomatch Tellus GO to all Isobus machines. There is no need for a separate terminal for each machine and it is also possible to use one terminal for several machines.
