At this year's Agritechnica, Jetter (Germany) presents a select portfolio of scalable automation solutions for agricultural implements.

CONTROLLERS OF THE JET CONTROL Mobile series are characterized by their design. This allows for scalability and configurability according to the customers' needs, says Jetter. The controllers support a number of programming languages, thus they can be integrated and networked. At Agritechnica, the controllers Jet Control Mobile 511 and 529 will be presented for the first time. The version 511 has been derived as a partially system from the controller JCM-521. With its 16 inputs, 8 outputs and two current bridges, the controller is equipped for a range of applications.

The two current bridges are rated at 15 A. They can be used to drive larger consumers, such as motors. A feature of the version 529 is the number of channels that can be customized to achieve savings in medium or high production volumes. JCM-521 and JCM-522 configuration data, including their toolchain, can directly be used from these controllers. The 529’s compliance with Isobus offers compatible communication between a host of implements and the tractor.

Solutions for agricultural machinery

The Jet View Mobile 104 features an integrated controller that can handle small to medium control tasks. Users also have the option to add more inputs and outputs to this version. At the Agritechnica 2015 fair from 8 to 14 November, Jetter presents pre-configured HMIs of the JVM-104 series for different fields of application. The HMI Jet View Mobile 407B with its 7-inch display and integrated controller can be used as a dashboard. It provides interfaces for communication with peripheral devices. For example, it has three independent CAN networks.

Creating masks to Isobus at Agritechnica 2015, the company also presents in hall 15, booth G49 the latest version of its software tool ISO-Designer. It is a software tool for creating masks conforming to Isobus. This makes the masks compatible with Isobus terminals.
