Joystick for Isobus and safety-related applications

Walvoil offers the DJW joystick, that is designed for safety-related applications up to performance level d / SIL 2 (safety integrity level). The joystick can collect signals and send them over the CAN network with J1939, CANopen, CANopen Safety, or Isobus protocol.

Developed for telehandlers, the joystick is sealed and protected against water and dust ingress (IP67/IPx9K). The hardware architecture allows the joystick to be used in Isobus applications where a “modern” user interface (color and high resolution) is required. The product is suitable for 12-V and 24-V applications due to the 8-V to 32-V power supply input range. With the input pins, the joystick can collect the signals of the handle (thumbwheels, push buttons, rocker switches, etc.) and send them over the CAN network with SAE J1939, CANopen, CANopen Safety, or Isobus protocol.
