Knestel Technologie & Elektronik (Germany) provides the KT CLD 5000 chemiluminescence detector for determination of NOX (NO and NO2) concentration in exhaust gases. The sensor offers CAN and Ethernet interfaces.
FOR CAN COMMUNICATION A CANopen-like higher-layer protocol is used. The measurement range is from 0 ppm to 5000 ppm with the gas flow of 0,7 l/min. The device may work on the non-condensing environment air with the measurement gas dew point of up to +65 °C. Operating temperature ranges from +5 °C to +40 °C. The detector with power input of 250 W and system voltage of 230 V (50 Hz to 60 Hz) provides connections for the measurement gas, exhausted gas and instrument air. The device dimensions 490 mm x 160 mm x 520 mm and weights 25 kg. By means of the device it is also possible to detect the NOX concentration in raw gases.
