Tire Technology Expo 2022
Parker Hannifin, provider in motion and control technologies, will show products to the tire industry. The Service Master Connect diagnostic measuring device can compile, store, monitor, and evaluate CAN data. It can be connected to CAN, CANopen, and J1939.
Tire Technology Expo 2022 will welcome exhibitors and visitors as part of a showcase of materials and equipment for the tire manufacturing sector. Building on over 60 years of tire manufacturing systems and solutions development, Parker will have two key products on display at its booth in hall 21, stand 7074: the Service Master Connect and the Sentinel.
The Parker Service Master Connect is a diagnostic measuring device that has been designed to enable access an array of sensors used in hydraulic applications like those encountered in tire production. The unit has a shock-absorbent design and an IP65 rating that provides protection against moisture and dirt, making it suitable for operation within the environment of tire plants.
With a seven-inch illuminated color touch display that enables operation, the modular construction allows customized set-ups according to individual measurement and analysis needs, explained the company. The unit’s multiple connections can compile, store, monitor, and evaluate CAN data, and digital or analog sensor signals for pressure, temperature, volume flow frequencies, rotational speeds, particles, water in oil, volume, and output. Suitable for diagnostic tasks, the product can measure and display up to 100 channels, and it can be connected to CAN, CANopen, J1939, analog, digital, frequency, Wifi, and Bluetooth LE.
The company will also exhibit the Sentinel, a fluid purification and hydraulic protection unit designed to ‘stand guard’ over hydraulic systems 24/7 and to increase productivity by eliminating moisture in the oil, they explained.
